Biography

CCI Founder and Master Trainer Marc Steinberg has been empowering and inspiring people on their way to personal growth, spiritual fulfilment and success for more than two decades.

Having made his 'outer million' easily at an early age, Marc soon realised that he was missing its intangible counterpart, which he called 'The Inner Million'. He duly set off in search of it, initially by spending time in an Indian monastery. From there, the search took him through many countries and years of in-depth engagement with disciplines including psychotherapy, ontology, yoga, Sanskrit and Indian philosophy, hermeneutics, Zen meditation and philosophy, acting, firewalking and outdoor training as well as transformational coaching and training.

In 2002, Marc moved to South Africa and settled in Cape Town. Here he distilled the essence from his extensive understanding and experience to develop the unique Consciousness Coaching^® methodology, which he published in 2005. Marc continues to develop and design innovative concepts and methods while working internationally as a coach, trainer and spiritual mentor. His clients include executives, leaders, managers and business owners as well as top sports professionals and artists across the world. His core competence is his intuitive ability to grasp people and corporations holistically in one glance. To date (2009), Marc's work has inspired, moved and touched more than 5000 clients all over the world.
